Announcing the 56th Annual Snowball Derby Entrants

Just a Few Sunday Afternoon Drivers: The Lineup for the 56th Snowball Derby

As we anxiously count down to the 56th Annual Snowball Derby, it’s time for a sneak peek at who’s vying to burn up Five Flags Speedway. This year’s roster promises intense competition, with an intriguing mix of formidable veterans and promising newcomers, all backed by crew chiefs who know their way around an engine.

Let’s meet the drivers. Ranging from Michael House, a seasoned contender hailing from Columbia, TN, to William Sawalich, a talented 17-year-old from Eden Prairie, MN, the list showcases impressive diversity. There is also John Bolen from Jasper, AL, who has Tony Eury Sr, an industry stalwart, and the innovative Fury HP Elite combo. Byron, MI’s Erik Jones also promises to stir up the track with his Port City HP Elite.

A special mention must go to Johnny Sauter from Deforest, WI. Known for his aggressive yet precise tactic, Sauter will certainly be one to watch. As always, our eyes are on Noah Gragson from Mooresville, NC, a seasoned challenger known for his selflessness in regard to team strategy.

The lineup for the Allen Turner Snowflake 100 is equally gripping. Watch out for, among others, Jimmy Renfrew Jr from Candia, NH, whose crew chief, Jeff Labrecque, is known for bringing in tactical brilliance honed through years of experience. We are equally eager to watch Ryan Colby from Mobile, AL, whose Fury Pruitt combo may bring a refreshing dynamic to the race.

Subsequent generations of racers are coming into prominence, too. Take Brett Suggs from Mooresville, NC, a mere 22, and his crew chief, Kyle Hood. On the other hand, there’s Boston Oliver from Murfreesboro, TN. At 16, he is the youngest entrant, showcasing talent at an age usually reserved for learners’ permits.

As we look into the mirror of this upcoming event, what stands out –aside from the high-octane competition– is the diverse representation, all united by a love of speed and competition.

This highly-anticipated racing event, presented by Hooters and Safe Locator, boasts a range of chassis and engine combinations, a testament to the intricate craft behind each roaring engine. Every race is not merely a show of speed but the culmination of countless hours the crew chiefs and their teams invest in tuning these speed machines.

As the countdown continues and the anticipation intensifies, we salute the 56th Annual Snowball Derby and the Allen Turner Snowflake 100 entrants. Their skill, guts, and dedication are the oxygen that gives life to this vibrant event. Race day, all eyes will be on these racers, crew chiefs, and their roaring engines, eagerly waiting to see who will claim the coveted checkered flag.
