Welcome to the Speedway’s show, @CarsonHocevar! Gearing up for a full-time ride with the No. 77 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet

Read my lips, baby, when I say this – change is afoot at the heart of NASCAR. Carving out a groove on the asphalt dance floor comes Carson Hocevar, who’ll be manning the Number 77 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet as a full-time driver, come 2024.

Michigan’s young hotshot, Hocevar, is no rookie to the racing groove. Having dipped his toe into the Cup Series warzone this year, the 20-year-old has an average finish of 22.5 in six starts. Let’s not forget his memorable stint at World Wide Technology Raceway for Spire Motorsports and then five jaunts for Legacy Motor Club in the No. 42 Chevrolet. Those who remembered his Bristol Motor Speedway run must have gone, “Whoa, Speedway’s the way, baby!” with 11th place in his kitty.

The spotlight is on Hocevar as he competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoffs. Strapped behind the wheel of Niece Motorsports’ No. 42 Chevrolet, he’s charging the lanes, third year running. Let’s reminisce about April 2023. Texas Motor Speedway. Hocevar blooms, planting his flag as a victor after four nail-biting runner-up finishes. Are you ready for more of this thrilling Boogie Wonderland?
