Cruising Down the Homestead Track with Big Macs and Happy Meals

Hold onto your hats, or should I say, paper burger boxes, because NASCAR has been super-sized! Thanks to the fast food giant McDonald, 23XI Racing drivers #23-Bubba Wallace and #45-Tyler Reddick are peddling to the metal in style…and with a touch of grease.

In a not-so-spicy McChicken twist, the fans were called upon to pick the design of the car decals. Who needs a democratic presidential election when you can have a burger-led NASCAR race? After a vote on social media, it was a landslide victory for…drumroll, please…Grimace and Hamburger!

You’re not dreaming, folks. That’s right, Bubba Wallace will be seen zipping around the Homestead track in a Grimace-themed car. But not to worry, he won’t be alone! Tyler Reddick couldn’t get enough of that Big Mac and will be racing as none other than the burger thief himself, The Hamburglar.

23XI Racing tweeted their gratitude on October 19th, 2023 with a tongue-in-cheek, “Surprise it’s a McDouble! The 45 team will be racing as Hamburglar @ Homestead on 10.22. Thank you to all the fans who voted and helped bring these designs across the finish line!”

If that doesn’t have your heart racing and stomach growling, you might need a quick pit stop at your local McDonald’s drive-thru. This partnership is the supersize combo meal of the century. We expect the Golden Arches to outshine even the most prominent car headlights.

Hold the pickles and start your engines because this is one Happy Meal ready to roll.
